Tiny Cars

Techno Geek posting

While I was on the road in Malaysia, I noticed that there were a lot of tiny cars. And if you see a tiny car on the road, you would expect to only have a couple of people in it, or maybe four tiny people.

But these cars had neither of these. They had about 8-10 people squashed up in them!

And now you are thinking, “How are they supposed to fit 10 seats at the back of the car?”

The answer is simple: They don’t. There are probably only two seats at the back of the car, but the Malaysians’ laws aren’t enforced very well, so they weren’t using seatbelts.

But who are they?

They are probably illegal immigrants from Indonesia. Malaysia looks bad, but Indonesia is appalling! My neighbour said that he had been to Malaysia and Indonesia, and compared with Indonesia, Malaysia is awesome.

We had to pass through some checkpoints to search for illegal immigrants. Their checking algorithm was dreadful! All they did was look at your faces. No ID check or anything! All they do is look at your face, your car, and see how many people you have. If you have a tiny car, with ten people squashed up in it and looking like they could eat KFC for a month and not get fat, they’ll pull you over to the side of the road and arrest you. If you don’t,  they’ll let you go!

Tiny Car

The camera angle was not very good, so you can't see them. Just imagine 10 people squashed up in that car.

Zimbabwean Dollar

Techno Geek posting

I received this really funny email about the Hyperinflation in Zimbabwe:

One 200 000 dollar note equals less than $0.10 cents.

December 22nd, a new note of 500 000 dollars introduced to the market!

Next – 750 000 dollars.

January – new note of 10 million dollars.

This US $10 dollar note is worth 10 times more than the 10 million dollars
Zimbabwe note.

A case worth 65 billion
Zimbabwe dollars which equals to $2000 US dollars.

This guy is going to a supermarket. The exchange rate is 25 million
Zimbabwe dollars for 1 US dollar.

This mountain of cash is worth $100.

50 Million note is then introduced!

Next is 250 million dollars note!

Sorry, how much is this t-shirt? – It’s cheap, only about 3 billion dollars!

May – a note of 500 million dollars is introduced!

June – note worth 25 and 50 billion are printed.

And finally – 100 billion dollars note!

What can you buy for it? Well, these 3 eggs for example.

That’s how people went to restaurants!

And the bills:

In August, the government devalued
Zimbabwe dollar by removing 10 zeros from notes.

However, inflation kept going up and in September for this amount of cash you could only buy 4 tomatoes.

And for this – some bread.

And then it started again: 20 000 dollars note in September.

50 000 a couple of weeks ago!

The 500 000 and 1,000,000 (new currency) notes have just been released.
11 November 2008 courtesy
The country’s currency plunged to a new record low on Monday, trading at an
average Z$28,4 quadrillion to the U.S. dollar and triggering massive price
increases….The hyperinflation is now estimated at over a quintillion percent, although
no one really knows.

All of which explains the attached pictures of the toilet… 😀

For those of you who cant see the sign properly:

to be used in this toilet

We forgot to watch the Wiggles!

One Day:

Me: Where are we going?

Mum: To pick up Sonia from work, of course! (in Chinese)

Alex: Can we get ice cream Pretty pretty please, I’ll marry youuuuuu!

Sonia: We forgot to listen to the Wiggles for Christmas!

Well, the two last images are bogus, but you get the idea. So why did we get all touchy over not listening to the Wiggles on Christmas? I’ll tell you why.

Listen to Dumbledore. He's awesome.

Yule? Geddit? You'll? Yule! You'll be wiggling?

Ahhh. Nothing like Christmas without listening to Wiggles CDs in the Air-con. Unfortunately, we don’t have an air con anymore. Well, it’s (9:20 pm in Australia and we still haven’t listened to the CD, even if it is five days after Christmas.

My list of must- have PDN plugins

Wait. I only have one cool application, Paint.Net, and that isn’t as cool as photoshop or PaintShop Pro.

Alright, I will rename this post.

My list of must-have pdn plugins.

1. The Fire Plugin: (http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?showtopic=10518) This is EPIC. Install it in the Effects folder.

Boom. My second most favorite word next to Kapow.

2: The Pyrochild Plugin pack. http://www.box.net/shared/rfc863iy75 (install in Effects.)

All you ever wanted. It has the smudge tool. THE FREAKIN’ SMUDGE TOOL!

3.  Icon and Cursors: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/927-icon-cursor-and-animated-cursor-format-v37-may-2010/ (install in Filetypes) I made a Dunce hat cursor with this.

4. Custom Brushes. Does what it says. Gives you different brushes. (install in effects.) http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/15218-simon-bs-plg-pack-inc-custombrushesmini-4th-nov-10/

5. BoltBait’s plugin pack. http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/8318-boltbaits-plugin-pack-updated-july-15-2010/ (Install into effects) It’s a bit of a backup with Pyrochild. I recommend installing both.

Install Paint.Net at http://www.getpaint.net/ It’s not as versatile as Photoshop, but it is FREE!

How to install PDN plugins:

These are the folders you install it in,

I made a new folder, Plugins. If it is a winzip file , put it in the plugins and extract it into either filetypes (I think those are for extra extensions like .ico and .cur) 90% of the time it is in Effects. You can delete them by going to the folder (effects filetypes) and deleting them. (they are .dll) You should know how to extract a winzip file. If you don’t, look at this:http://hesperia.gsfc.nasa.gov/hessi/solar_install/How_to_extract.html

Me and Malaysia

Techno Geek posting

I am currently posting in Malaysia, with a really slow

dongle. I guess I’m just spoilt.

Anyway, Malaysia was not how I expected. My mum  used to live there, but she hasn’t been back for 30 years. When she spoke of how Malaysia was like when she was younger, she spoke of an undeveloped country. But it has been 30 years and with technology moving so fast, who knows what might have happened?

Also, in the tourism ads, they all had pictures like this:

Nice Malaysia

It looks so nice!

Bad Malaysia

But, in reality it looked like this. All right, I did edit it, but it just looks more epic that way, okay?

I was quite disappointed. But I still had lots of fun.

I am coming back in a few more days.

Techno Geek comes to town!

Techno Geek posting

Hello, I am Techno Geek. I am posting on Evil Nitsuj’s blog while he is away on his holiday to China (But that is about a month away). I am one of Evil Nitsuj’s closest friends so he picked me to post on his blog while he is away. He also asked another of his friends, Long Legs to post but he said

Thomas is quite evil and unfriendly, you know.

So, that just leaves me. Once Evil Nitsuj goes to China, I’m going to change the Gravatar, too!

Also, instead of having one post every time I get onto WordPress, I will have one post per topic. But if you don’t like it, feel free to comment.

My Master…. it is done. POKEYS ATTACK!

I have finished making a Facebook account, and I did it just to play Backyard Monsters. It is a pretty cool game, so all of you who have Facebooks, please give me your email so I can go and invite you. my email is evilnitsuj@hotmail.com so I can invite you. GIVE ME YOUR EMAIL so I  tell you when I want you to do it. The reason why I want to do this is so I can get more shineys.

As you can see, I suck baubles at this game.

This happened because I didn’t know that you could harvest stuff overnight.
